Pozible

Pozible is an Australian crowdfunding platform that was founded in May 2010 by Rick Chen and Alan Crabbe. Pozible's good reputation among arts practitioners and connections in the local Australian arts industry has seen collaborations with festivals and government partners such as ScreenWest, the Emerging Writers Festival, the Melbourne and Sydney Fringe Festivals, and many local non-for-profit organizations. Pozibel is located in Melbourne and Sydney with offices in Silicon Valley, China, and Singapore and has active users from 105 different countries.

As at April 2016, Pozible has hosted more than 10,000 projects and raised over $40 million towards projects from Australia and around the world. Their primary categories are projects directed toward social good, the environment, food & beverages, film & videos, products & services, and events. Some of their most successful projects have been Shacky, Black Hops, Gayby Baby, My Money Zen, Brisbane Design Conference, and Help the Blue Banded Bee. Pozible was listed as one of three start-ups to watch in 2014 by Australian Financial Review and was featured on the cover of TechCrunch.
