Here's a look at our integrated process.This is an example of the BASIC PACKAGE, which is usually completed in 6 months. With the EXTENDED PACKAGE, our clients receive one additional crowdfunding platform, and the process lasts for 9 months.
We begin the process by learning more about your target market and goals in order to determine and analyze which platforms and marketing tactics would best suit your campaign.
The next step of the process includes planning out the details of the projects and campaigns, including the timeline, budget, scope, and media relations preparation.
1ST PLATFORM SELECTION & LAUNCHING:
Gathering materials for the first platform launch will likely be the busiest stage, as we create and release media for a successful launch that is followed by effective marketing initiatives.
MARKETING & MODIFICATIONS PT. 2:
Because each campaign platform may attract a different audience, it is crucial to continuously modify both campaigns for campaign growth and optimal funding.
2ND PLATFORM SELECTION & LAUNCHING
Near the end of the run of the first campaign, we launch the campaign on the second platform selection with some proposed edits to the landing page and other adjusted marketing plans.
MARKETING & MODIFICATIONS:
As the campaign progresses, we assist our clients in finetuning their approach, design, and strategies to continue the upward growth of their campaign on the first platform.
With the end of both of the campaigns, it is important to send updates to backers, reply to their concerns, and close both campaigns in an organized and positive fashion.
TOTAL BACKING INTEGRATION:
At this stage, we review our activity and campaign statistics on both campaigns to analyze how we holistically performed. By gauging how much we raised, we begin to prepare for development.
At the final stage of our integrated process, we advise our clients on development and manufacturing processes and help prepare for potential challenges.
